Refund policy
Store credit or exchanges are accepted.No refunds.
If the item is damaged or not what you ordered we will refund you or you can exchange for a different item in our store. Please note delays are out of our control and you will not be refunded due to a delay.
If you pay with a pay in four payment processor, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Sezzle, etc refund will be 96% of the payment, due to the pay in four fees that are non-refundable on pay in 4 orders.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery email us at orders.thefataleappeal@gmail.com. No exchanges/returns for mystery boxes and sale items.
Once we receive the item back we will send you a store credit gift card or send your item of choice, that is of equal value to you.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We have two ways:
INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS or UPS hands, please try to contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address. The package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. The Fatale Appeal is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC) lose or misplace your package.
